Shipping & Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for their needs.  When possible, products offered on the Metalcraft Industries website are listed with specification data, including descriptive text and illustrations to specify sizes and product measurements.  If additional information is required, please call or e-mail us to verify product suitability BEFORE placing your order.  Our team of product advisers will be happy to provide any information you may need to select the proper product for your sign application.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

Any product return will ALWAYS require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This is the first step in the returns process and should be completed prior to returning any product.  During the RMA issuing process, our customer service team will consult with you to determine the best method to resolve product and shipping issues.  We want our customers to be satisfied and will work with you to resolve any problems with your order.

An order will be approved for reimbursement if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Custom product not built to specifications on the order acknowledgement
  • Online store or catalog product of wrong size/style from that ordered and on receipt
  • Defective product within 90 days of purchase
  • Product damaged in shipping with shipping claim filed (Click here to see our Shipping Info page)

Orders that do not meet our reimbursable returns criteria may be returned at the customer's expense.  A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on these items, based on condition of returned material.

Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they do not meet quoted specifications.

All returned merchandise must have an RMA Number provided by Metalcraft and must be returned in "Like New" condition.  Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

No merchandise may be returned after 14 days of receipt (carrier delivery date).

RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION:

Prior to any return, contact Metalcraft Industries at (888) 609-3779 or (352) 680-3555 for an RMA. 

This RMA number must be marked on the product package and should be referenced in all correspondence.

REIMBURSEMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS:

Product initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Custom product not built to specifications on the order acknowledgement
  • Online store or catalog product of wrong size/style from that ordered and on receipt
  • Defective product within 90 days of purchase
