Street Sign Backers and Back Plates
Traffic and roadway signs are often accompanied by a cast aluminum back plate, oversized backer or extruded tubing frame (flanged) as a way to present a premium finished look to the street sign set up.
Metalcraft's all aluminum full cast back plate is a solid crafted 1/8" thick aluminum with 3/4" reveal and 1/2" recessed sign placement.
The oversized backers are .063 flat aluminum and are cut to standard measurement to allow for a 1.5" reveal.
We match the hole placement with 3/8" diameter holes and request your choice of sign orientation when optional.
All items are shipped in our premium Satin Black powder coat finish.
