I received a call the next business day to see if the brackets were to mount to the poles I had ordered ,as I had ordered square end brackets and round poles, Kristin fixed my mistake and explained the other components . I explained my first choice was the vineyard bracket , but I ordered morning glory due to the size . Metalcraft fabricated a bracket and sent a picture to review before I was billed..it was and is beautiful ! most companies would of just shipped what I ordered and let me deal with it . thank you so much !
