I ordered these metal sign-frames out of the need for the simple sign-post for my rental listing in Springfield, VA and I found this type of metal frame-sign post to put in the front yard of the house without having to call for Miss Utility to mark the spot of the traditional sign-post that would be a week away before the RE sign could be installed at this house. Very convenient way for putting up the yard sign for my RE needs.
