Ordering Information: All dimensions in this catalog are given in a height by width ratio.
Shipping: Shipping is FOB Ocala, Florida. Products can be shipped UPS or by truck. Shipping charges vary according to weight, size, and destination. Metalcraft's packing and handling charges will apply, plus there is a $5 fee for shipments that are drop-shipped to your customer. Our preferred carrier will be used unless otherwise indicated by the customer. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery and Metalcraft Industries, Inc. must be contacted with 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Failure to note damages will result in the inability to file a freight claim.
Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Acceptance of Product: All shortages or discrepancies must be documented and reported to us within 7 days of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. Original packaging should be retained to facilitate your claim to the freight company's delivering terminal. Metalcraft is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit. Please report any damage to the freight company at time of delivery.
Returned Merchandise: Custom orders are non returnable. All returned merchandise must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number provided by Metalcraft and must be returned in "Like New" condition. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be charged based on condition of returned material. Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. No merchandise may be returned after 14 days of receipt.
