Post & Panel Sign Systems



Metalcraft post and panel sign systems are classic and timeless in design.  They feature all aluminum components powder coated for lasting beauty.  The components can be mixed and matched to give the look you and your customer are after.  Choose a stock sign blank or create an Illustrator .ai file of a shape of your choice.  The sign blanks are heavy duty 1/8" or 3/16" thick aluminum.  Then choose length of poles, finials, and a base.  



When  you receive the system, add your graphics and it's ready to install.  The sign blank has mounting tabs or "ears" that drop into slots in the poles - no hardware needed.  Custom mounts are also available.

The marketing possibilities are endless and profitable.  These components have been used to make signs for parks, industrial parks, historical areas, doctor and lawyer offices, apartment/condos, museums, colleges, real estate offices, and most of all in housing developments.  Builders buy them for announcing a new project, for entry signs, directionals, models, golf courses, pool rules, tennis court signs, etc.

Note: Our scroll brackets and banner brackets are often used with these same components.

Instructions:

1ST
Choose sign blank size.  We will email a file of the sign blank size you choose so you can design and pre-cut your graphics.  Or you can order a custom size or shape by sending us a .dxf or Adobe Illustrator .ai file of your custom design.  Your custom design must be unfilled vector line art.

2ND
Choose pole length of 3" fluted aluminum.  Figure an extra 30" of pole length that will go into the ground or 24" for small signs.

3RD
Choose finial.


4TH
Choose cast aluminum base.


Option: if you want to use your own panel, or you just want a straight cut panel that doesn't have any routed "ears", you can use these brackets to hold the panel to the posts.  These brackets slide onto the 3"O.D. round poles and have a hole in the back where you install a self-tapping screw into the pole.  Each bracket sandwiches the panel and has 2 holes to bolt through.  Bracket is about 2-3/4" tall and is made from 1/8" thick aluminum.  Holds up to an 1/8" thick panel.  Available in a "wavy" pattern or straight.
